Supurb Fit & Function!Feb 25, 2008

(These boots were purchased for my husband; this is HIS review.) "These are the lightest most comfortable boots I have ever worn. I wear them for work nearly everyday of the year. The slightly curved sole makes walking a breeze...something I have agonized with ever since toe surgery left me unable to completely bend my big toe (as in taking a normal step). I HIGHLY recommend these boots!!!!!"

Bought a pair for myself at a brick and mortar after researching...most comfortable boot..took into a "death march" into the Canyonlands, UT. What a great boot!. Comfortable. Cool. Great Vibram bases. Bought a pair for my son for his geology work on Amazon. Saved a boatload of $, had the boots in two days, and they are great.

AmazingMay 18, 2011
By Zune lover These boots are incredible. I'm a minimalist, so my pack only weighs like 19 pounds for a trip, and these boots are very lightweight.
Also, do NOT be deceived thinking that these won't hold up to long hikes with a pack.
I've taken them on countless 10 mile hikes with a pack, and several small ones as well.
I ALSO took them on a trip where I hiked 18 miles in one day, and crossed 20 streams where they had to get wet, all with a pack. They held up incredibly. These might be lightweight, but they can handle anything!
I took them on a five day trip in the rockies, postholing through 3 feet of snow. They did fine
I took them on old rag 4 times, wedging them inbetween cracks in the rock. They're in perfect shape still!
Cons: Not waterproof, of course, this isn't the Goretex one, so they arent designed to be, but they get wet fast. They also dry out fast though!

Best BootsMar 28, 2011
By Phil Hartley I do a lot of hiking and these are perhaps the most comfortable foot wear of all time! As I think someone else mentioned, get 1/2 size larger than you measure.
Outstanding footwearMay 04, 2012
By Michael Stephenson I bought a pair of these for walking on pavement. I'd been having pronounced foot pain using a pair of Rockports. I was able to double the distance I could cover without discomfort using my new Vasques. The first time I wore them I went 6.5 miles without a problem, then 8 miles the next day. They fit perfectly, seem to be fairly cool, and are light for their size. I can't comment on longevity, but if they last 500 miles or more, this will have been the perfect choice or me.
