Mine was $55 with shipping. Best $55 you can spend on a popup. I put a cheap plastic tarp under mine to reduce abrasion and make it even more water resistant.

The cover was purchased for our 12' box coleman pop up. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it came with a number of straps that allow me to really cinch it down and fit well over the popup. It is big enough to completely over the hitch, too, so that is protected from the elements also. Seems well made and worth the money. Arrived on a timely basis as promised.

This cover was delivered promptly and fit perfectly. I have used it for almost a year in our New England weather and it has performed as expected.

This product is very flimsy. It tore easily and did not withstand a strong windstorm. We had to throw the shredded pieces away. I would not recommend this cover to anyone.

I purchased this cover in Nov of last year and it needs to be replaced already. The cover doesn't fit very well and the material is super thin and its ripped at all four corners alredy. I do not recomend this cover to anyone.
