Here's the specs for the PYRAMID Pro 15 pc Home mechanic Tool Kit with case

- Allen Wrench set (2mm-6mm)
- Universal Chain Breaker
- Shimano Lockring Remover
- Chain Whip w/BB Spanner
- Universal Crank puller-Fits Splined/Square Cranks
- FW Remover for Falcon/Shimano
- Universal BB Tool Fits Shimano or ISIS Splined BB and

Just the right set of tools I needed after having bought the other tools separately before.
Not bad quality at all for the price I paid. however I'd not rate it as high as pedros/park/inline tools.

4Solid Beginners Tool KitAug 10, 2010
By C. Martin

I bought this kit mainly for the chain repair tool and the crank puller. Both worked just fine and seem to be quality tools. An adjustable wrench was required while pulling the crank because the "wrench" on the back of the chain whip actually stripped when I applied the necessary torques. This is fine because I own a quality adjustable wrench (and so should you). The crank puller withstood the high toques that I used to remove and replace the square-taper crank on my bike without wear or stress showing. Both the crank puller and chain breaker seem to be made of good steel, which was an initial concern of mine. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase and the moderate price of this kit. I am looking forward to using the other tools that came with this kit and providing a review for them as well.

What this kit is:
*Low to mid range tools for a low to mid range price
*Essential bike repair tools that aren't normally found in a garage
*Good starter kit for beginner in bike repair and maintenance

What this kit is Not:
*Total bike repair shop in a box
*Tools you should own normally (adjustable wrench, screwdrivers, etc.)

Some tools that I still needed to buy:
*Tire patch kit ~ 2$
*Pressure gauge ~2$
*Plastic tire levers ~2$

4Excelent for a Biker on a BudgetOct 29, 2008
By T. Gehman
I recently re-took an interest in cycling, so I decided to restore my Raleigh M-20 mountain bike. It didn't take long for me to discover that a host of specialized tools are needed to properly maintenance a bike, and that's where the tool kit came in. I took a risk by buying a cheap tool kit (it cost me $45 with shipping), but it payed off in my opinion.

Included in the kit are the main tools needed for a bike repair: a crank remover, chain breaker, cassette and freewheel remover, and "chain whip", as well as five allan wrenches and a spoke tool. The chain whip incorporates several tools into one, with a wrench on one end, and a hook like tool on the other (I don't know the technical terms). The chain breaker is of nice quality, with far better features and craftsmanship than the one I found at Walmart.

The tools included are of good quality for home use, but may fall short for professionals. Honestly, I was surprised at the overall quality vs. price ratio. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because they are not quite professional quality, but for the price, I didn't expect them to be. I will add photos of the tool kit soon.

To me, this tool kit is a great value and I highly recommend this it to anyone considering doing their own repairs at home. I am very satisfied with the use I have gotten out of it so far.

Note DIYers: I highly recommend watching Youtube video tutorials before home maintenancing. Trust me, it will save you time and frustration!

4Good value for the money, reasonable qualityJul 27, 2011

If you are looking for a complete bicycle repair tool set in one case, this is NOT it as several key parts are missing. But, you already own "normal" tools, e.g,. adjustable wrench, metric open end wrenches, screwdrivers (small and larger Phillips and flathead), needle nose pliers with cable cutter, etc., this set adds in, at relatively low cost, many of the key "specialized" bike tools that make it possible for you to maintain your bike.

There are still a few additional specialized tools, which are NOT included in this set, which you'll want to have to make your bike maintenance life easier, in particular:

- Tire levers (to remove tires from rims) - alloy rather than plastic
- Cone wrenches (to adjust hubs, etc.), sizes 13, 14, 15, 17, 18, 19 mm
- 4th Hand Tool (to adjust brake and derailleur cables)
- Cable housing cutter (so you can cut cable housing cleanly rather than mash it). If you have a Dremel power tool with a cutting disk, you don't need a cable housing cutter.

The tools in this set themselves are not of superb quality, but they aren't terrible either. All in all, this set is a good value for the money for someone new to bike repair or for a more experienced mechanic who wants a inexpensive back up set of specialized bike tools to have in the car for road trips. I've used this set to help pull apart and reassemble 5-6 bikes over the past 10 months, and only the chain breaking tool has failed so far. Not a big deal ... I bought another and placed it in the kit.

4bike tool setSep 27, 2011
By D. King "legible"
Excellent for the price but missing a couple of tools that I needed the very first time I set to work on the wife's bike. It is a great beginner's tool set but because there are so many special tools required for anything beyond tightening spokes, prepare to find yourself needing a tool no supplied here.
