We were pleased wtih the slippers at first, but after looking them over to make sure they were ok, we found that they were coming apart at the seam. We asked to exchange them, but we notified that the seller was no longer selling the particular item we wanted. However, we were refunded a portion of our money in a timely manner.

I bought three pair of these slippers last Christmas, and by Valentine's Day, two pair had completely fallen apart. The third recipient did not wear his much and they lasted until spring.
