3Comfy but not for strong ridersAug 29, 2008
By JP
This is an extremely comfy saddle. The spring action and padding soak up every little bump, and you get no pain on your sit bones. The cut-out for the male seat is the largest I've seen and that is a huge benefit. The only problem with this saddle is that it is more of a cruiser saddle and strong riders will find that it restricts leg movement causing some pain in the back-inner thigh. I'll probably be buying the next smaller size as that seems more fitting for my style of riding (15-30 miles on paved paths, moderate hills).

5It doesn't get any better.Aug 23, 2009

I switched to this bike seat for my hybrid and I'm glad that I did. It's comfortable! Tip - when mounting ANY bicycle seat, you can adjust the "tilt" from front to back. Make sure that the horn of the seat is not angled up, or it will grind into your crotch in very unpleasent way. This seat is very special because when mounted propertly (level), it is especially gentle on the male anatomy because of the very forgiving and ingenious center channel.

53 years old, 200 lbs, 6'0" tall.

5Works GreatJul 08, 2008

I had my doubts because it did not have a review, but it's been working great for me since I received it mid-June. No more numbness, and I did not think it was possible due to my weight. Many times you don't realize its there, and that is what you want.

5Quite the dealMay 21, 2009
By Dean Johnson "Glen Carlou"
This saddle gets an unqualified thumbs up. I recently rode over 187 miles in a 14.5 hour period and I had no saddle related soreness whatsoever. Buying this saddle just eliminated a key limiter from long distance bike touring. I have used it on both my mountain and road bikes with no problems on either. Although it wins no beauty contests among bike snobs, I will be ordering another one. In my case, the "ugly duckling" gives me everything I need and nothing that I do not.

3Comfy, but more of a cruiser-type saddleJun 03, 2009
By P. Martin
Lots of padding, VERY comfy if just taking it slow. Otherwise, like others, the nose of the saddle tended to rub and irritate the inside of my thigh. Had to swap it out for a different, narrower seat. If you tend to take it easy and your rump needs some lovin', this is THE seat for you.
