I ordered this scraper to replace one that was lost. This is a small, handy item for every cook kit. When water is at a premium it beats scrubbing with sand - hands down. Best little cleanup tool I've ever owned.

We have a traveling kitchen to accommodate my need to cook in a hotel room. I have celiac disease and can't dine out anymore (despite GF menu's). This little dish brush was perfect for packing and worked terrific for cleaning everything in my traveling kitchen including an electric skillet!
