Weighted Fitness Ball Works for MeDec 16, 2009

I have some exercises that I copied out of a magazine using a weighted ball like this one. I thought it would be a fun way to exercise without having to change weights with traditional dumbbells. Since getting a pair of these fitness balls I can honestly say that I enjoy using them! I got the six lb balls which provide enough force on my muscles to let me know that I am really getting a workout, and I can already feel a difference. Besides that, they are a lot more fun for me personally. I tend to like exercise equipment that is portable, yet effective rather than heavy and stationary. The ball is made of a very durable rubberized material and is filled with sand. The stopper to keep the sand in is very tight and solidly inserted. I'm glad I bought this product and believe it can help me achieve the fitness I'm looking for.
