total piece of JUNKApr 01, 2012
By hettie Never even got the chance to use this piece of crap. We took it out of the carrying case at home to make sure we knew what we were getting. It did pop right open. Then we read the instructions for folding it back up. They are vague and poorly written to such a degree that we never got the structure small enough to put back in the carrying case. The instructions say "Once the tent has been twisted underneath itself it should form in to (sic) the circle shape to fit in to the bag." The operative word there is "should." What the f* are we supposed to do when it simply doesn't, despite the best efforts of two intelligent people? Any instructions that contain the word "should" rather than "will" are going to be problematic. There are no further instructions or information available online.
As it won't stay folded without pressure, it just kept popping open, so we had no way to store or transport it. The directions literally say "You may feel like you are putting too much stress on the tents (sic) poles but don't worry they are very flexible." Uh huh. Right. One pole snapped on my husband's 5th attempt to fold it as the instructions advise. It's now completely useless. We would have been better off taking a $20 bill and burning it. Then we might have had a few moments enjoyment from watching the pretty flames. As it is, we blew 20 bucks on half an hour of marital discord. Thanks GSI! I guess we'll have to cut the tent into pieces to get it into our trash bin. I have not requested a refund, as we are obviously the ones who broke it. BUT, I warn anyone considering this purchase to ignore it in favor of other, higher quality products. Seriously. DO NOT buy this junk!

Practical and lightweightApr 18, 2012
By Mami I live in souh beach and walk about a block to the beach every weekend with my 18 month old son. I used this tent last weekend and was very pleased, it is super lightweight, pops up instantly, it fits us and our beach suplies well.
It does not come with any anchors but it does have loops at its base so if you have beach anchors, like I do, you can anchor it down so the wind does'nt blow it away. The folding does require practice but once you get it it folds down in less than a minute. The color I received in the mail was green (different than pictured) but I actualy liked it more than the picture.

SHELTER...YES!!!!Jan 24, 2012
By Gretchen P I read the description before I made my purchase, 5x3x2.5 There were no surprises when it arrived.
The shelter's inexpensive and practical.....I've used this shelter 1 season without any trouble....I think it should last another couple seasons.

Kids love it!Dec 15, 2011
By earl I like the kids can set it up on their own, it only take s a second to get it up, since it's such a basic shelter. They use it for playing games, like a play house, and when their finished, I can put it away and save the lawn!!! Well worth the money spent for me!
