Buyer BewareMay 25, 2011
By Amazon from hell First let me state this is in no way a reflection on Amazon. I received 2 sleeping bags early in the year.I bought them to zip together for cold weather. The "easy roll" feature was missing on one.
Other flaws: The zippers get caught in the nylon outer shell The inner cover sticks to anything with a texture, leaves, sticks, weeds. They are not easy to zip together. They do not re-roll easy (we have given up) They have a 6 inch gap in the foot when zipped together The nylon outer cover slips on everything They do not fit people 6 feet, you can barely turn sideways AND, the seams for the zippers are ripping out after 3 gentle uses.
I would return them but there are no directions as to where nor is there a phone number on the "warranty"
Thanks for reading

extremely disappointed and horrible customer serviceSep 23, 2010

I purchased two sleeping bags and one came with a case that has a broken zipper. I called Coleman's customer service number and, in my opinion the customer service representative Ken- -failed to listen to what the problem with the item was. -failed to care that the customer had a received a product that I was satisfied with. -immediately shifted the blame to amazon.com. -could care less that I was going to write an unfavorable review of the product on the company's website and amazon.com. -failed to honor or attempt to honor the limited 5 year warranty.
Additionally, I would like to point out, that in my opinion, this isn't a even a faulty product I received. In my opinion it is a design flaw and a design flaw Coleman doesn't even care to address.
I am especially disappointed because I have been using Coleman sleeping bags for over 30 years. I never expected such poor service and really expected a better outcome. It's really too bad that customer service really took no accountability to help me resolve this matter.

product made of paperSep 23, 2010

Possibly the worst product that I bought through Amazon. The inner material gets ripped by dry skins around finger nails. One can imagine what other debris might do to it outdoor. I had to return it the day I got it. I recommend that you stay away from this product.

Horrible inner lining material + Clouds of fibers flying all over upon unrollingMay 22, 2011
By doctorPC The exterior material is fine but the inner lining is really not something you want to sleep in. Clouds of synthetic fibers flying all over upon unrolling. I didn't understand the "made of paper review" until i received mine. The wrong material choice makes this a horrible product. This is going back to amazon today.

Nice sleeping bagAug 31, 2011
By Sherman Rodgers The sleeping bag itself is great and I love it. However the nylon bag to store it in is too small. It takes 2 people at least 5- 10 minutes to squeeze it back in, no matter how tightly the bag is rolled.
