This product was exactly what I ordered, was high quality, and was delivered promptly. The trailer cover easily fits over my camper which has an airconditioner mounted on the roof. There is no need to purchase a cover any larger than the box dimensions of your camper.

Beware! I purchased this cover 17 months ago. The pop-up trailer it covers has been in my driveway when not in use. My driveway gets sunlight most of the day. I'm in North Texas so there's not a lot of severe weather but this cover is disintegrating. It has broken down and the top and much of the sides tears and crumbles into dust at the slightest touch. The next time I remove the cover (or in the next strong breeze) what is left of it will shred. Every part of this cover that received direct sunlight for more than a few minutes a day has the consistency of rice paper. It isn't from mildew because we have been in an drought for the last 24 months.
This cover might last more than a year or so if you cover something stored in a garage or covered area that gets no direct sunlight. But if you have a place like that to store your trailer you don't really need a cover. This is not a good investment unless you plan to replace it annually.
I gave this product one star because Amazon will allow no less. I cannot recommend this cover to anyone.

this cover works great and is easy to setup. the 12 to 14ft model is to big for my jayco 1207 with an a/c unit on top. but who's to say that the 10 to 12ft would of been to small. but all in al we are happy of far. we will see when winter is over, after a good snow are 2.
