Nice barbell, feels sturdy and comfortable!!Jun 24, 2007 Very sturdy Water barbell. I do mostly torso strenthening (sitting balanced on barbell with hands straight out and legs kicking) across the pool. I also do stomach exersices with the barbell in the water. Feels very substantial and I think will last a long time.
