This product is excellent. Far beyond my expectations. Easy to put up and take down. The hardest part of the whole thing was getting the rolled up tent back into the carrying case. :) It was perfect for keeping my 9 month grandson out of the sand and the sun. Very roomy. One suggestion. Getting the sand out of the side pockets wasn't easy and when collapsing the tent the sand would fall inside. I had to take it home, reopen and vacuum it out. The next time I took 6 one gallon zip lock bags and put the sand in them before placing in side pockets. It worked great. Dumped sand out of the bags and kept for the next trip and no sand falling inside the tent when collapsing it.

Compared many similar products, purchased this one based on customer reviews. I was worried about ease of assembly and the factor wind would play on the stability. This is great. Opens with two hands similar to an umbrella and has pockets to put sand or other items in to add to stability. Yes, this costs more, but when you consider all the features its really worth it.

I am a first time Mom. I've read lots of reviews for other items. I took a chance with this item and I'm glad I did. This item has it's own carrying case. It is weightless. Easy to open, snaps into place. The pockets on the sides are a great addition on windy days and if not, they are great to use to put child shoes, toys or clothes. The vents on all 4 sides provide a comfortable circulation of air. My son is 1 and once the tent went up and his toys were inside, he was happy to be out of the sun. I give it 5 stars!

We actually purchased this when our son (1) was able to climb out of his pack n play. we needed an option for sleeping for him when we traveled and found this tent and decided to take a chance on it. we actually used a diff tent (pea pod plus) until he was about 2, but he eventually learned to unzip that. we waited to use the instatent b/c the bottom is not very comfortable (compared to the pea pod which had an air mattress). around 2, he started using this tent and we just clipped off the inside zippers (so he couldn't unzip them) and put his blankets/something soft for him to sleep on. it is working out well for all the traveling we do.

We took it to the coast in Spain, and we loved it.
Our baby was protected all the time and it is very light. We put it in our luggage!
