They are exactly what I expected. Thick, strong metal stakes with highly visible caps. The plastic caps glow in the dark for a little while but definitely not all night (which I really wasn't expecting). I hit the plastic with my hammer a couple times on accident and nothing broke. They're way better than stakes that come with tents and shelters. Buy with confidence.

Does as stated, haven't timed how long they glow after the sun goes down. Use them with a sun shade on travel trailer so are not as likely to trip on them vs. using with a tent.
